BIOMAP Project
BIOMAP is a Bioinformatics Research Project. BIOMAP is an effort to structure various biological databases into a single representation format and to represent the mapping between various biological information represented. BIOMAP uses the power of OWL & XML and Neural Network Techniques to represent various structures like: Protein, RNA, DNA etc. and to find similarity between them.
